specific releases of builder's liability for such conditions as hazardous materials in the vicinity of the subdivision, water hazards, and electromagnetic fields (EMFs)

other essential information such as right-to-farm ordinances and other disclosures required by local agencies, school information, affordable housing within the subdivision, Title 24 information, condensation and mold, easements, and utility service providers
